What counts as a service?
Anything you deploy and page on separately: an API, a worker, a queue consumer. Libraries and cron scripts inside a service don't count. Parcelry, the sample workspace in the replay, runs 12.
Can Lullops merge or deploy code on its own?
No. Fixes arrive as pull requests and merging stays with a person, on every plan. It can roll back, restart or scale, but only where your guardrails file says so.
What happens when it isn't sure?
It pages one human with what it found and what it would do. You set the confidence bar per service. The default is 0.8.
Do you train on our code, logs or traces?
No. Your data is used to work your incidents and nothing else. We don't train shared models on it, and we delete it on your retention schedule.
Can we try it without giving write access?
Yes, and we'd recommend it. Shadow mode is read-only: Lullops works every alert next to your on-call engineer, and you grade its calls before it touches anything.
Is there a limit on alerts or incidents?
No. The price depends on the services it watches, not on how noisy they are. A loud night costs the same as a quiet one.
